Camberwell College of Art, Peckham Road.

The University of the Arts is launching an investment in over 60 new academic posts. It is seeking to attract creative art and design teaching academics of all backgrounds, and especially wishes to engage the interest of candidates from black and minority ethnic backgrounds, currently under-represented at UAL.
You are invited to join us for an evening of discussion, debate and information-sharing about:
- University staff’s aspirations for developing diverse, liberated and intersectional curricula and approaches to teaching and research.
- The range of vacancies that will shortly be advertised and how this investment connects to a vision for a University that intends to be a place where all staff and students, of all backgrounds, excel creatively and intellectually.
As well as hearing from a variety of UAL staff and putting your questions to them, you are warmly invited to stay and chat and explore the possibility of joining UAL whether through the forthcoming recruitment campaign or through other collaboration. Shades of Noir continues to support the University in all its endeavours towards social justice within the arts.
