Closing date: 30th October 2015Each year the Outreach team, recruit Student Ambassadors to represent Central Saint Martins on our Outreach and Progression activities. If you have an interest in working with young people/adult learners, and improving the chances of those from under-represented backgrounds progressing into Higher Education, we would encourage you to apply for the role for 2015/16.The roleWorking with the UAL Outreach team, you would be involved in projects to improve the recruitment and progression of students from under-represented backgrounds. Our Student Ambassadors work closely with CSM/UAL tutors and our partners, to deliver off/on campus workshops to schools, colleges and community groups across London. The work is varied, and can range from a few hours a term, to a couple of days a week. During your time at CSM, your studies are your priority, and so you don’t need to accept all of the work offered to you. We just ask that you let us know when you are available, and ensure you turn up to work that you have agreed to.Further details regarding the role can be found by following the links below:
With an enthusiastic attitude to CSM, UAL and your subject area, you will need to express your passion for arts and design to young people and adult learners. The successful candidate must have a proactive and flexible attitude and be motivated to work in a busy, collaborative team environment.
