Suki Chan is showing a pilot of her new moving image work Lucida at Art Basel Hong Kong with Videotage in partnership with the Centre For Chinese Contemporary Art (CFCCA) and Salford University Art Collection.
Weaving together extraordinary images, bio-medical research, and individual testimonies, Suki Chan’s new moving image work exposes the curious, complex relationship between the human eye, vision and the brain.
Lucida is supported by the Wellcome Trust Small Arts Awards and Arts Council England, and launches at Tintype in September.
